Using Bayzid Mart
Bayzid Mart is a marketplace. Independent sellers list and sell products; Bayzid Mart provides the platform.
Buyer responsibilities
Give correct name, phone and delivery address, pay for orders you place, and be available to receive delivery. Do not misuse reviews or complaints.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must list only genuine products, describe them accurately, keep price and stock up to date, fulfil confirmed orders and answer buyer questions.
Subscription and free trial
Sellers pay a flat subscription and no commission is charged on sales. New sellers get a 7-day free trial.
Expiration
When a trial or subscription ends, new selling is paused. The seller account, store, products and past orders are kept. Selling resumes after a subscription is activated.
Product quality and authenticity
Every product must be 100 percent genuine. Counterfeit, fake, adulterated, expired or deliberately misleading products are not allowed.
Pricing and inventory
Sellers set their own prices and must show true prices and available stock. Listings with misleading prices may be removed.
Orders and delivery
Orders are placed with the seller. Cash on Delivery is available. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Third-party courier services may deliver orders and Bayzid Mart is not the courier.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints are reviewed before any action is taken. See the Complaint and Dispute Policy.
Fraud and prohibited products
Fraud, scams and prohibited products are not allowed. Serious verified violations may lead to listing removal or account suspension and referral to the proper authorities under applicable law.
Account suspension
Accounts may be suspended while a serious complaint is investigated or after a verified violation.
